To stripe or not to stripe...

Would you stripe it? If so, what color stripe(s) would you go with?

I'm thinking something more subtle than flashy.

I always liked "the clean look" for my cars. So my vote is no stripe. Use the stripe money for a nice little road trip with a stay at a luxury hotel.

My car is Star White too. I am very tempted to go for the blue stripes to get that 60s, early 70s vibe. Here’s a question for you. If you added a trunk lip spoiler, would you leave it gloss black or have it paint matched Star White? I’m leaning toward getting the Ford/Air Design lip spoiler but not totally committed to the idea…yet. It looks nice in gloss black in images I’ve seen. But I’ve also seen body color lip spoilers that look great too, like the one on our crystal soul red Mazda. The next question is, if you’ve added a spoiler, do you run the stripes over it and down the trunk lid? I think the answer to that is, absolutely, over the lip spoiler. And of course there’s always the option of not spending money that way so there’s more $ in Pebbles the ?’ s kibble and college fund?

I don’t have a spoiler. If I did, I say run the stripes over it for line continuity.

Also painting it white sounds intriguing.

My opinion: It's a beautiful, but subtle color. Striping would take away from that.

I'm thinking some shade of light gray or silver stripe. Maybe matte black. ? Decisions, decisions.
