I doubt they will cut off all the prior produced Rivian vehicles by replacing CCS1 with NACS connectors at all chargers.

Perhaps they will change out some connectors to NACS at a location but not all.

It would be alot better if they had a charger that allowed for two cables or added something like the MagicDock but from CCS1 to NACS.

Instead I think there will be a long transition period where NACS equipped vehicles will need to carry a CCS1 adapter and CCS1 equipped vehicles will need to carry a NACS adapater.
You’re right and probably what they should do. This is what a friend of mind told me that works for them but then he’s in the AI division so who knows.

It sucks that WA 20 is barren wasteland. ?
No chargers of any kind.

I see multiple L2 chargers and something new being built in Twisp. But it's not like it is farther south like Chelan or Wenatchee going across 2 or even I-90. The northern part of Washington has large open spots but it's also sparsely populated and heavily forested. Large parts of Western Texas are the same right now if you get off the major interstates charging options are slim.

You made me go and look again. They weren’t showing up unless I zoomed in on Twisp in PlugShare. I started looking around at that zoom level. There is a DCFC right before Diablo Lake. Thanks for that.
