My dealer did “all available updates” during the recall
That's a lie, at least in my case. They only "forced" updates that were queued up and made available by Ford OTA process (the same effect when you click "check for updates"). In my case, they didn't run FDRS to see all pending updates. Just did the recall and that was it.

Not everyone. I’m still stuck. In a week it will be exactly a year since my last update.
Same. No juice for me.

Holy Crap some folks have been suffering.
It would be great if some Youtubers like @Mach-E VLOG would help push this topic. Abandoning consumers for a year because of a silly and easy to fix bug is very disrespectful.

He showed me the laptop and someone here did verify with my VIN that (at the time) I got everything available for my VIN.

The “check for updates” in my car does literally nothing for the last year.

You got a good dealer then. Stick with them. Mine is fairly useless for anything beyond obvious.

For sure.

When I did the recall they picked my car up and dropped off a brand new 2023 GTPE as a loaner. They also said they do all the updates every time a Mach E comes in for warranty work as an SOP.

If someone could do that, it would be a great service to forum members to show which updates were installed and which are still in the queue.

If Ford gave this information for a small reasonable fee, I would signed up for that. And it doesn't have to be Ford... ;)

I’ve tried several steps over this past week and have had no luck getting the OTA updates. I performed a factory reset today and let car sit in all day and still nothing. App and website report updates are good. Last update reported 23-PU0110-RAD-PS.

Would anyone be able to review my VIN to see if something is stuck before I make the trip to the dealership?

VIN: 3FMTK4SE2NMA13923
It’s odd, I didn’t get 23-PU0110-RAD-PS until March of this year, but I have received several updates since. My last was 24–PU0105–CMR–FX that I got in June of this year. Don’t know that it matters, but I have a ‘22 GTPE that was built in September 2022.

So I can't speak for every year but for my car I have only received one update that has had any meaningful impact on my ownership experience (tesla supercharger) so I'm not exactly sure what people are upset about. I think BC 1.3 might be the only one but that is a very complicated update which is what has taken so long.

If you have a vehicle specific issue I think its worth trying to talk to the dealer about updating your car, before your warranty is up for sure.

I’m pushing 10 months without an update on my GT 22’ ?
The last update was done before I got the car so I don’t know if it was manually pushed through by the Ford dealer it was serviced at or OTA, moot point regardless since the OTAs aren’t flowing

I got an update today. I am a 2022 Premium AWD ER and my last update prior to today was in August 2023.

I communicated with my service advisor at my dealership regarding this issue multiple times this year. Thanks to his persistence he was able to get me scheduled a couple weeks ago to have all modules refreshed. Took 2 days.

Today, 2 weeks later, I got an update. 23-PU1113-UNX-DC.

Let the updates rain on my ride.

VIN 3FMTK3SU3NMA14645

@Mach-Lee. Thanks for your attention.

Here is the body of my service report.
