PSA - Fisker is liquidating Wallbox chargers

They'd be on pallets. FedEx would know how many pallets they were picking up. They'd send the necessary truck(s). Wallbox is also shipping non-Fisker orders.

Did you get the tracking from FedEx beforehand or did it just show up? I haven't received tracking yet.

When did you order the charger and when did you get tracking information?
Ordered 8/25. I didn’t get shipping emails or tracking from Fisker. I was only able to see that on my FedEx account (I created an account for my home and saw the shipment listed there). Shipping label was created 9/3.

Very cool! I'm glad to see some positive developments.
I ordered 8/26 at 4:30 CDT and haven't heard anything yet. I tried contacting Fisker, but they (unsurprisingly) never replied. I haven't been able to log in to my FedEx Account Manager, so I guess when it gets here, it will just be a surprise.
I'll post updates if I have any.

Did others get an order confirmation email? If I did, I can’t find it so can’t really ask Wallbox if it’s in transit but I do have the charge on my card from 08/26. Not received anything from fed ex either

I did receive an email from Fisker with an order #. I didn't pay shipping and there is nothing in my FedEx account tracking.

Thank you for contacting Wallbox!

Unfortunately upon looking at our system it doesn't appear your order (US######) got sent over to us by Fisker. This is more than likely due to an error on Fisker's end. You will have to contact Fisker Support for this issue as there is not much we can do on our end.


I've already begun the dispute process.

I've already begun the dispute process.

I just emailed them and got the same response. They don't have my order# in the list of Fisker orders. Alas it was too good to be true. Time to start my dispute.

I got same upadted reply from Wallbox, they first told my name did was in the spreadsheet from Fisker, and they contact me again today to tell me my name wasn't anymore on the updated list and that would need to contact Fisker directly...so I'm starting my CC dispute now lol

glad this has turned out well, once I heard that Wallbox was actually doing the order fulfill and shipment I didn't really think it'd be an issue, if it were fisker otoh...............

Wow, what a sad ending to a very sad company. Sorry to those of you who got screwed, what a joke.

BTW, there is no "Fisker Support." I left messages at both the number on their webpage and the number on my credit card statement, never got a response.

(deleting my earlier speculative posts - no point now)

I emailed them and was told there are 850 orders from Fisker, and I am not on the list.
