My order (90016397) shipped from Romulus, MI on the 13th, made it to Perrysburg, OH in a few hours, then ended up in Bowling Green, OH, 13 miles from Perrysburg, 3 days later. Now there is no delivery date. All this to get to Columbus, which is only a few hours drive from the shipping location.

Update: arrived on the 18th.

The response I received from emailing Ford today: “We are informed that the first Adapters for Canadian orders are due to arrive in late October.”

Order #90011152 - Got my adapter this past weekend! Downloaded the Tesla app, next to try it out! In the Ford Pass app, do I filter to look for only Ulta Fast Only to find Tesla chargers?

Mine has been in FedEx status of "Label Created" since September 6th. I called Ford yesterday and was told to "give it a few more days."

Normally that would mean it got missed in the first FedEx scan into the system. At this point though (11 days later), it likely got left behind, lost right off the bat, or sold on the "discount" market.

Sadly, FedEx has lost at least one of these adapters, so it may be worth asking FedEx what's up. They declared mine lost, and Ford eventually gave me a new order number (after multiple check ins with Ford, because this was early on and they were still working bugs out of the process). Sadly, I cannot track the new order, but my husband has FedEx notify us whenever something is en route (how we found out the first was sent to us). Hope yours is just delayed and not fully lost.

Mine arrived yesterday (surprise!) Order # 15125. My Ford Owner Support account still says " Est. ship by September 2024" - yes, Ford, its here!
