My adapter came yesterday and I was eager to try it out. There are very few charging options here in Central NH but there is an (almost always totally empty) Tesla Super Charger only 5 miles away. It is the last charging option for MME before the White Mountains. I drove over with my adapter. The adapter worked perfectly and a test charge with plug and play worked like a charm.........BUT......BUT...BUT.... I had to try and try to get the front close enough for the adapter to work. Back and forth with the car's camera beeping like crazy. Even with the front lip of the car next to the curb it was not close enough. I had to keep getting out of the car to see if the lip of the car would clear the curb. It did by the slightest amount. I could have easily scratched the black bumper. If it had been winter with any snow on the ground or a pile this station would not have worked for me. Time-consuming and aggravating. I'm not an electrician but why can't the cords been made a foot or two longer? Is it cost?

When parking, don't worry about 'keeping in the lines'. You need to get your charge port more lined up with the cable base, so your wheels should probably be on the parking line.

And the cords were made the length they were because it was assumed every vehicle charging there would be a Tesla.

Sadly, FedEx has lost at least one of these adapters, so it may be worth asking FedEx what's up. They declared mine lost, and Ford eventually gave me a new order number (after multiple check ins with Ford, because this was early on and they were still working bugs out of the process). Sadly, I cannot track the new order, but my husband has FedEx notify us whenever something is en route (how we found out the first was sent to us). Hope yours is just delayed and not fully lost.
Thanks for the information. I was told today by FedEx that they are still awaiting the package, so I will reach out to Ford again tomorrow and maybe they will send out another one.

So, if you do, accidentally scratch the bottom of the air dam, the car still runs perfectly and if you don’t tell them, they won’t even notice. Or, so I’ve heard.

Unfortunately, the Ford website's URLs are garbage: they require both your car's VIN and an auth token and some other junk just to show the adapter ship status page.

There used to be a banner with a link on your account's “connected services” page, but that doesn't show up on mine anymore.

You received an email from Ford (search for "[email protected]") -- that contains a "Check Order Status" button with a valid link for your order.

Now I'm all anxious- order 90030334 from 3/1. Ought to be here soon, I'm guessing.

There's a bank of superchargers frequented by 3-4 Cyber trucks that I look forward to utilizing.

You might need to wait a few weeks. I'm still waiting for 90018204 .
