Lost Target Charge Information after Hurricane Power Outage

So Yesterday was the first day in four days I had power and I needed to charge up my 2023 GT, when I looked at my Target Charge section in the App, all my previous information was missing. When I go into Target Charge, its instructing me to "Create a Target". But when I go into that section of the APP, I cannot add a Target charge until after my first AC charge session. So I charged last night, and still have the same issue in the app. Can anyone help with this problem?

Did you look IN THE VEHICLE?

If the car doesn't have a cellular connection, the app will not have the proper data. Of course the phone needs cellular or WiFi too.

Both have Wi-Fi. Could this be due to the issue with the Juice Box Charger I use that is no longer supported? I don't use the JB app, it never worked anyway.

No. If the charger supplies power, that's all its only involvement.

WiFi does not replace cellular on the vehicle side. So if there’s no cell service you won’t have charging data. You’ll have to do everything from the vehicle screen until cellular is restored.

When my dad's 2023 got that update, it erased all of his target charge settings and he was unable to to add them in the app or the car. I printed this TSB out for my dad (https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...-charge-target-percentage-has-been-met.36309/) and he took ti to the dealer. His dealer followed those steps and then everything was working again.

You can only check the last update your car received. You can see this in the car's settings > Software Updates or in FordPass Settings > Software Updates. The screen should show you the last update it installed.

After a public DC charge and a home AC charge I still can't get Ford Pass to let me put in a target Charge. Could this have something to do with my home AC Charger? It is a 40amp Juice Box. I used the Ford Pass all the time to make changes. Hate to see it go away for no reason.

Just got off the phone with Ford and Ford Pass. This is known issue to Ford Pass engineers and I have been added to a Master Service Ticket to get this problem fixed. This isn't related to the loss of support from Juice Box, but something internal to the Ford Pass communication to the car.

I have deleted and reinstalled the Ford Pass app, gotten two additional updates, still not able to add a target charge on my phone. But, I can do it from car. So it still works, just not as convenient.
