I’m looking to nail down when the recalled adapters were sent out. Please respond to the poll above.

I don't think the delivery date is an accurate metric as it doesn't account for mid-month or staggered product delivery. Nor is the order number.

The part number is the real difference. For example, I didn't get an email for my adapter's part number: 1434343-20-D

I've been reading some of the posts, and it appears recalls from the four digit range (mine at #1717) all the way into the 20k range, it actually sounds like basically everyone delivered is being recalled.

The adapters went out in very discrete batches. While part numbers might work, they might also all be the same.

While imprecise, please respond to the poll as offered.

If you want to figure out how to do a part number poll, feel free to post one and manage it.

Nope. Mine hasn’t been recalled.

In fact, if you look at the poll, it’s currently 6 not recalled and 5 recalled.

Since Ford never promised delivery dates, the language should include when the adapter was shipped. There were no May shipments and no July shipments, so those can probably be removed from the poll for brevity. ??

@Mach-E VLOG already confirmed it was one batch with Ford. It appears that it’s the second batch, which was June shipment dates. ??

also early poll results seem to show months are a very accurate way to do it, because with 22 votes there are 0 months with mixed responses right now....

@ChasingCoral Based on previous threads there were no adapters shipped in May, July, or August. But that's not stopping folks from saying they were! There were at least two shipping waves in the first half of June then nothing until early September. Issue seems to be with some or all of the June shipments.

I was second batch, order 11xx something, recall notice today. I actually have it loaned out to a guy at work, I guess I better let him know!

Most of us will have the shipped date from the shipping confirmation email from Ford, but not everyone can confirm the actual date it was delivered.

According to the email, mine shipped on June 13

Order Details:
Order ID: FAE:90005401
Shipped Date: 2024-6-13

That is a new part number, mine ends in 00-D, but then my Rivian one does too and no recall yet.

Got my Ford adapter in June, Rivian one in July.

I just figured it was easier to include every month rather than dig through to get the gap right.

Poll so far is indicating all recalls in the June shipments.
