Don’t seem so sadly. Ford Norway claimed that it would be done before the summer vacation, alas the rest is history. Let’s hope we get it soon. Can also confirm that I got the map update today.

My silver/blue MME got Sync 6.14 with YouTube this week - not a fan ? of the updated icon-pack - but makes no harm.

Hi, maybe someone give me advice what to do? Seems, that my software version has downgraded, but not updated. Have 2023 awd ER, and after update disappeared quick front camera shortcut. Dealer took a look and have updated many modules, but interface module havent updated, because they say, that Ford doesnt pay to them for interface updates. They also told me, that they see icons/ sound system modules updates, but it would cost me 100 eu. I Dont want to pay from principle, because its a new car, and got only 2 months. Any idea how to update/ what to do?

Oh, fellow countryman getting the 6.14 update? Are you in an early program or normal user? And what car (built date) you have? (I see two cars listed in your profile so not sure what you use).

Quite normal user, No EA program that I'm aware of in Europe, other than the previous FordPass beta programme.

The Silver/Blue one is a MY22.5 (late 22) - slightly different in iACC (+new HVJB) than the Red MY22 - other than that, completely "identical".

Updates use to come randomly to each car - so which one get it first is a toss-up, but both have gotten the same updates eventually.

Speaking of the the YouTube app; doesn't it need a form of subscription? Last time I tried to activate the wireless zone / hotspot feature out of curiosity, the car told me I had no subscriptions and thus did not want to activate.

They write that you need, but even I have, it works only if connected to WiFi. So I make hotspot on phone, connect car to WiFi and then it works, if there are no other WiFi options.

Yeah - you can (according to the dialogue) activate an additional subscription - but connecting to the mobile WiFi hotspot works well.

Hmm, interesting to see. I don't have the message, so wonder if the system is smart enough to see wether you have received the 6.14 version or not. Last update I had was back in august and was the "open all dors when PAAK / key is within 6 meter of the car" - update.

Guess that's the case, that the update is tied up to the VIN, and then the message go to the connected FordPass

I also get one message or car (see the Ionity message + P&C message)

Got new update today. Huge one. Takes 1,5h to install.

The 12V battery could be low. This happened to me with previous big updates.
