Excellent. I use former Harris Ford, now Pierre Ford of Lynnwood. The service is hit and miss.

My first MME purchase experience at Pierre was soooo bad, I never went back. Kirkland is much closer for me and has usually been OK - once they understand what you are talking about, which takes a while and doesn't work well over the phone.

We bought our 2023 Mache GT there even though we live over 1.5 hours south. Great purchase experience. Unfortunately, no Ford dealer provides mobile service to us because of our location.

I bought my MME from a Ford dealer in Clallam Co. to avoid Seattle sales tax.

@Ford Motor Company, service from Pierre so far has been great for the two times I dealt with them for the HVBJB and charge port recalls. Both times, I didn’t have to go to the dealer, instead they either picked up the car from my house or sent the tech over. It’s been awesome.
