Yes, although I think it just says "Police" now (for both Waze and AA...I think I read Google was switching the wording).
That is new. In the past, you could not do that. It was a big reason I used my phone instead of AA. I will need to check this out.

Thanks!

Its just says slow or fast , Once you added your vehicle that is enough for displaying chargers
Is there no way to get it to not show slow chargers? I'd prefer fast chargers only. Also it doesn't show tesla chargers at all, adapter required or not.

You can toggle off the slow chargers. Second button from the left up top. I can see Tesla chargers after I configured that in the charging section on maps in AA.

I like to plan my trip ahead of time. So I go into the car, use GoogleMaps with Android Auto, change a few chargers, and I'm all set. Except I don't want to leave today. No way to save the route...

You can save your route on your pc and send it to your Android phone.

My last update was in September (ECG-24.2.5.6.1). Had the dealer do a recall... I should cycle the 12 VDC just in case they messed something up.

Anyone with a 2021 gotten this update yet? I'm so tired of not getting the cool features.

I am also waiting, and I am in EA. It is not known if EA 2021s will get it first or not. Sometimes we get updates early, sometimes we don't.

My guess is updates will be starting back up soon since they probably took a break during the holidays. Nobody wants to troubleshoot release issues over Christmas.

Ford's tech is so janky sometimes. I am following step by step on their website to try and navigate ford.com looking for my SYNC version and it's impossible to find. It only gives me options for it being on automatic updates. Very frustrating.

I can't wait for Scout to start making my next vehicle. At least I know that EVs will be a priority because it's going to be all that they make, you know that when you pick up the phone or get in an online chat the person on the other end of customer support will be able to help you because they are only dealing with one platform.

Ford would be a lot better off if they had one source to go to for EV help and these people actually talked to all of the different branches of Ford Mo Co. Every time I call with any issue I get transferred no less than 2 times to an entirely different division because nobody can help you.

Happy that I finally got BC 1.3 on my 2021 Job 2 yesterday.... Now I want this too. Patience is a virtue. I'm still happy with my Mach-E and my work around has been to use the ford nav to any charger nearby to activate the pre-conditioning, even if I'm actually going to a different charger.

I can see that the pre-conditioning has been activated in the Car Scanner app via OBD showing the heater being activated. I guess in hot weather, it would activate the AC.

I finally got BC 1.3 about a month ago and it's really good. I hope that I'll get the updated Google Maps soon.
