Please check for any short spikes in Coolant Heater Power kW (in Data Recording). If the coolant was frozen, there was no flow through the PTC heater unit, so the PTC core would overheat straight away.We got down below 0 last night and it looks like my heater might have bit it. Car was plugged in last night, preconditioned on set time but was ice cold.
It's not blowing any warmth and the heater pipe by the brake reservoir is ice cold. Car scanner seems to show no sign of life. I'm sure it will be a dealer call, but anything I'm missing?

PTC heaters have a built-in self-protection, will automatically drop current with rising internal temperature and turn off when overheating. Not sure how many times MME would attempt to run the PTC in such scenario, but I would check for any DTC error codes in memory.
