And/Or at the end of a list is very different than and/or after the first of the list. But this isn't the place to debate grammar and English sentence structure. Thanks for the response! The dealer didn't put up a stink once he saw P0AA2 from my BECM and agreed HVBJB needs to be replaced.

To anyone else on this thread, per Mach-Lee: It is NOT 12v battery issue, it is NOT just software issue. Have the dealer tech look at the DTC codes on the day and near the time the 12V and/or STOP SAFELY NOW, SERVICE VEHICLE SOON message(s) appeared. Then check those DTCs against TSB 24-2163 for HVBJB replacement coverage.
