I’m in the same situation as you and was getting the same error message a couple of days ago, but now I have either $250 a year or $49 a month. No free year offered even though I’ll probably never see BlueCruise 1.3

Sorry if this is a dupe, I looked, really, but...
I just extended my BlueCruise trial for a year, for free. I bought two years ago and my three year trial was set to expire 2/26. But I went to the connected services in Ford Pass and it let me extend it a year. I'd seen others mention they got this offer, but I thought it had been for folks with an expired or shorter trial.

Just another data point. No special offer for me

23 owner, 3 years included plan, jan 23 devlivery, march '26 expiration, still March, no offers.

Thus very similar to others who had an offer...

There is an offer for connected navigation, 1 year for 80 bucks (payable in points), which i can't imagine using because i am an android auto fanboi.

I use bc all the time and would absolutely like a free year! No idea how much i would pay a year from now if i have to choose. The current amount seems a bit much.

That's interesting. I picked up 2/14/23 and my expiration date was three years to the date.

It doesn't work for you because you already have a promotional plan. This plan seems to be a promotional plan on those who are in their first 3 year included plan.

You might be an outlier. That's weird that your expiration is longer than 3 years. Maybe that's why you don't qualify.

Thnx for the heads up. I have a 23 and this was available to me too. Never would have known .
