Bought a ‘22 when they first came out. Ended up selling it after the wreck and before I had a HVJCB issue. Just got what I consider a very good deal on a ‘24 and will be picking it up on Monday. Anyone else went from a ‘21/22 to a ‘24 an if so, did you notice any real differences?

Biggest change would be more power thanks to a new rear motor for 2024+ across the lineup.

Kind of depends on trim level since GTs get Magneride and an extension on the power limiter. Mark’s list is very comprehensive. ??

I also recently replaced my totaled 2022 Premium ER AWD for a 2024, and I really haven't noticed any real differences. I hear the power is a bit better and the passenger seat has one more adjustment dimension, but that's about it. Oh, and there used to be a second button to close the power lift gate on the left side that's now gone, and I swear the turn signals tick at a slightly different cadence.

There was never a factory button on the dash to open/close the liftgate unless it was installed as a mod by someone. Yes the signals do tick at a slightly different cadence and slightly different sound also.

Glad to know I'm not crazy about the signals. :p For the lift gate button: I'm referring to a button on the lift gate itself, just a foot or so left of the middle rubber button, not on the dash. My '24 has a generic plastic dummy cover in that small spot now, whereas the '22 had an actual button.

Sorry, you are correct. I thought you had meant on the left side of the dash where many of us installed a switch for the liftgate. I installed the missing one on the liftgate back in my '24 and just got done a bit ago (literally) installing one in a friends '24.

Oh, I didn't think about installing a switch for the liftgate in either the dash or the back! How'd you do that? (Sorry if this is too off-topic.)

If you are talking about the one in the liftgate, I purchased the switch, bezel and wiring and installed myself. I believe Steve also did. I have a post here somewhere about the particulars but on a flight right now with horrible service. If Steve doesn’t see this and reply back, I’ll get to it later.

Check out my list of changes I noticed going from a '21 to s a'24:

Appreciate the response. Just got it home yesterday evening from Alabama. Did great on the 500 mile'ish trip. The '22 never made it outside of the local area, which is primarily my use case, but had to get this one down the road.

All in all, charging at the Tesla east of Atlanta was very easy. Decided to hit a 2nd one up in Columbia, SC so my wife could go through the process. Tesla app said it was good, pulled in only to find that it wasn't compatible. Would love to see more filtering on trips where you can identify charge brands in a preferential order. Again, this one will likely not leave the local area, so home charging will suffice 98% of the time, but I wasn't overwhelmed by the Sync Nav and the charging options along route.

The place it had me "charging", when I looked it up en route, all chargers were down for maintenance. Would think that a connected service/nav would pick that up without me having to look it up.
