Hi,
Newbie here searching for a 2023 or 2024 MachE GT to call my first EV. Well, I am hoping someone can help me decipher why there is such a discrepancy in the base price.
In searching for cars, I noticed a $10k price difference on the base MSRP and wondering why? Did Ford drop the price mid year? I thought it might be that the 2023.5 had the added technology, but these two cars don't seem to bear that logic. I found the window sticker detail someone posted, but still can't figure it out.
Here is a 'dealer stock' car that had a ship date of 2/21/24 and has a base MSRP of $52,395 (Vin: 3FMTK4SE1PMA39626) and a 'special order' car that has a ship date of 1/31/23 with a base MSRP of $63,995 (Vin: 3FMTK4SEXPMA08259) but in comparing the standard equipment they are exactly the same. Am I being blind and/or stupid? Thanks in advance for any guidance!
