After driving a job 1 Star White Standard Range RWD MME with Technology Pack+ as a company for 4 yrs and 120K km (65K miles)car I'll have to return it.
The things I liked:
* proven to be a reliable EV, it never failed me
* good looks
* the huge touchscreen
* the panoramic roof albeit not useable for the driver
* still driving the original tires (summer and winter set on the same rims)
* software wrt car basic functionality did not fail
* only 3 services needed (last one suspended until return)
* the numeric keypad on the drivers door
* original 12v battery still going strong

The things I didn't like:
* PaaK to unreliable
* bumpy ride even on the super smooth asphalt we generally have in the Netherlands (in comparison to other EU countries)
* seats lack support
* unpredictable OTA sw updates
* range 270km (145 miles) in mild winter and 370km (200 miles) in summer
* charging control software in the car (if the charger suspends the car flashes red and you need to disconnect and reconnect, so smart charging is a PITA)

Things that broke down under warranty; left head light. I got locked out only once (12V battery trick).

Did I choose an MME again?

Pls come back and tell us about your experience with polestar. It’s helpful to keep track of how the competition is doing.

And I agree with the suspension comment on Mach-E.

Good luck with the Polestar, I hope you enjoy it. Stop by in a few months and update us on how it compares. :)

Considering exactly where I live on this rock (I can honestly say 20 miles from nowhere), it'd be faster to use smoke signals on any given day. ;)

Update Polestar 2 LRSM 2025 model including Plus, Winter and Pilot packs, led matrix lights standard 19"rims after 1000 miles. Mileage is about 15,3 kWh / 100 km (62 miles) which is absurd related to the Mach-E SMSR 18" rims that I barely could get below 20 kWh / 100 km (62 miles) in the same conditions. No more bumpy rides and I endure a stronger kick in the back when accelerating; given the 299 hp Polestar vs the 269 hp Mach-e. You feel that 10% extra. Although the touch screen is a lot smaller than in the Mach-e the usability is better. The UI has BIG buttons you can't mis while driving ( and a less bumpy ride contributes also to this phenomena)... Android Auto, including Waze means no longer an overheated iPhone while navigating and on the charger. HK sound system is comparable to the Bose (for my ears at least). The Mach-e was my 1st cross over, but I'm not a cross-over man. So either is a LandRover Defender-ish look and ride or a sports coupe-ish for me.

Seat are way better, better lumbal support and better support for the legs due to the extendable seats and better side support.
I'm using is as a company car only, so no passengers that can wine about anything.
The standard rim covers look a bit silly when standing still, but in motion they give a styles look. I was driving pass a long glass wall with good reflection, so I could see my self driving and found the rims posh.

Well that is it, my last contribution to this forum as promised and a phot of the Polestar 2.
