Can you introduce me to your neighbor? I'll bring stone crabs
Oh, he'd print one for the cost of the resin stuff- probably $5.

I confirmed it's on the 2021-2024 as well as the 2025. Would be a very odd one-off to not have the FITS anchors in the frunk.

I'm not much of a Frunk user, but it's sad to see how much smaller it is in the 2025s. Also, what's up with that square indent on the left? Is that supposed to be a cup holder? Unless there's something beneath it, Ford was probably better off leaving that out to maximize storage space, what little there is.
Not positive on 2023s, but for sure 2024s have the redesigned frunk tub. I thought that was one year only. The redesigned tub is lighter and is held in by fewer fasteners than the 2021 tub (which doesn ot have FITS sockets). ??
Steve, the 2023s do have FITS slots. My 2023 job 1 has them.

The 2025s have a heart pump under the frunk, so I assume something sticks up under that cup holder. The right side is even crazier, it drops into an unusable 6 inch wide hole where I assume the heat pump ends and the original trunk depth resumes

I like him already
A lot of libraries have them, check they may allow you to print a file. Or even try a community page, most people with 3d printers are like EV owners. We are so excited about it we are willing to print anything for anyone and even deliver!

Never thought I needed this, but printing it now just because, (I mean its 35 cents of plastic....)

my public library has 3d printing!!!
Even though my adapter sits comfortably under the center console, by my right leg, I will try to print this strictly for funsicles.

How long would something of this size take to print?

That's massively dependent on the printer, the filament, how well things are tuned, and how things are configured. Most 3D printer hobbyists (with higher end printers) could probably print this in 2 hours with high quality. Public printers tend to be slower, so perhaps 4-6 hours.

(I printed mine using a glass fiber embedded ABS in 2 hours with about 30 minutes of chamber preheat.)

I just spoke with my local library to try to get more information. He asked what it was to be used for, and I described the hole caps for the + and - access holes that I will soon drill; I didn't bring up this much bigger printing project.
He mentioned that the filament that they use is fairly weak, and that it would probably melt under the Miami heat; we hit 103 yesterday. He also mentioned that they can't print overly solid pieces, and that I would have to settle for whatever color of filament is offered on that particular day.

Summary: the library offers very basic and light 3d printing for kids to experiment and print small stuff - figures, a skateboard, a shoe, etc - simple things. So printing this adapter holder or the hole caps in whatever color is there won't be an option.

He suggested that I look in etsy for people that print in 3d.

EDIT - an update. I got a quote from a 3d printing service in etsy, and they quoted $30 for this holder and the 2 caps for the frunk access points. Yikes. Shipping was "free".

I printed both of those this morning, black, PETG with my Bambu A1 Mini. These are by far the simplest little prints, but yeah most just use PLA filament which doesnt hold up to extreme temps I hear. For $250 just grab yourseld a Bambu and have fun!
