This is a list of available rebates and programs available to California Mach e purchasers. You may qualify for some or all of the incentives below. Dealer participation is required on some. Some of the rebates are “income dependent”. Be sure to check with your dealer to make sure they are supporting the major ones. I did not add the federal tax credit, ($7500) since everyone who purchases, (not leased), will get that credit.

They are:

1) Ford Options financing
2) X-Plan (Mustang Club of America membership for 60 day and you get X-Plan.
3) California Rebate at POS, (point of sale)
4) Additional California rebate or grant program support, (California Clean Fuel Reward, California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project, Clean vehicle Assistance program).
5) No ADM
6) Ford Pass Points, (they can be converted into the down payment)
7) Active Driver Assist ($100 credit for pre-signing up for ADA)

What is #3? Only one I'm familiar with is the $1500 clean fuel, which is captured in #4.

#3 is the "California Clean Vehicle Rebate Project" $2000 (more for low income)

#4 The "California Clean Fuel Reward" your dealership must register for this program. Please see that your dealership has...

Some areas have an addition rebate from their respective Air Quality Boards. My AVAQMD is offering $1000.

Both of these are captured in his line item #4. So curious what the intent is for #3.

#4 is at POS I believe - that's what dealer told me. And yes, they are registered. Never heard that #3 is at point of sale - I do not think my dealer told me about that.

That 2K is income-based below that as well. Many make too much.

Yes, a lot of these programs are income based, however I did find a few additional useful links below:

find rebates specifically by each car----https://ev.pge.com/vehicles

local rebates for air district and utility---https://cleanvehiclerebate.org/eng/ev/incentives/local-rebates

DONT FORGET TO GET YOUR TAG FOR HOV LANES!!! ;)

#3 is a separate rabate all together...
Here's the link. Scroll down to apply for the Mach E. It $2000 for most, but has an income cap. Low income the is a larger rebate.
My best,
Ray

In regards to the clean vehicle rebate, if it is this link below... I noticed that the participating dealer list has shrunk significantly since December. I was double-checking to see if my dealer was still on the list and they are not, after seeing them on the list last year. Did they change the rules so that only the San Diego area can get this rebate?

My dealer seems to care less about signing up for the California Clean Fuel Reward program.
If they want to sell any EV's, especially as Ford, and the industry as a whole, sell more and more, they better sign up or they won't be selling any . . . only every other dealer will be.
