Is there still battery longevity anxiety?

The recent update erased my 90% limit, and my Ford Pass on my iPhone says it does it, but doesn't. I did use the MME big screen, it recognizes my home charger and did set the limit. Another things Ford Pass does poorly is stay current. I can control my Wallbox from its app, but the FordPass app seems always to be about 5 hours behind the times. Is there any way to force it to update the current state of charge?

I remember when I first got my Mach E in April of 2021 one of the persistent topics on this forum was anxiety on how long the batteries would last. We were given warnings by members of this forum not to charge over 80% regularly and certainly don't charge to 100% regularly. The posters were confident in their advice. Dire things would happen.

In the ensuing years I ignored that advice and I have regularly charged my batteries to 90%, never lower, and at least once a week to 100% and have seen no appreciable reduction in range. My usage pattern is pretty predictable each week and the range I get is almost identical to what it was 4 years ago. I'm not saying that the batteries will last forever but I simply don't have any anxiety over their life.
I got my First Edition Feb 2021. 163,400 miles now with 89% battery SOH. I plug in at home every night and charge to 100% on 48amp level 2 charger. I have noticed some range loss but not unexpected with 163K miles.

Charging to 100% every day is not ideal in the long run, especially if the vehicle remains at 100% for a long time without driving.

Has it been confirmed or proven that battery SOH is an accurate number that can be relied upon? And this goes for all manufacturers, I know there are companies that rate health, but even those, has any of this been proved a reliable means?

As somebody with 115k miles in 4 years, I can tell you a 163k mile car often charged to 100% won’t remain at 100% for a long time ?

Most of the recent articles I've read have pointed to age, not necessarily how your charge, as the main culprit of battery deg.

I am not worried. Forum members here have already hit high miles on their MMEs with tons of functional range left. When my battery can no longer go 25 miles on a charge (commute, round trip), yah then it's done.
