    GT ordering poll

One option missing from the original post is “Decided not to order an MME”. Unfortunately, after thinking it through last week and this weekend, I can’t justify the $70k for the GTPE with pano roof when I can get the Rivian launch edition in the same time frame. I’ve enjoyed tracking this...

Mach-E GT and GT Performance Edition Open for Orders April 28! $59,900 and $64,900 MSRP Pricing

Ooof. A price tag for a GTPE with pano roof north of $68k brings me too close to a Rivian. I’ll likely be passing up altogether on my very early pre-order unless the dealer is willing to make deposit fully refundable.

    Top Speed of MachE

I suspect the speed limiter on the GT is where it is due to tire ratings, not because the engineers can’t squeeze higher speed out of the drivetrain. Therefore, I’m frankly not expecting a change in the target top speed of 124 mph.

    Cyber Orange Mach-E GT spotted

the configurator hasn’t been updated with what options will be available to order. Don’t go by what you see on there today.

    Where & When's the GT & GT-P coming?

They have not. There’s plenty of speculation on this. However, Ford hasn’t announced this or even what the cost will be for features standard on the Premium (like pano roof).

Some early Mach-E GT owners may get 2022 model according to new Ford email

There was not. I would’ve made mine a performance edition reservation if it’d been an option even back then.

Some early Mach-E GT owners may get 2022 model according to new Ford email

I have a GT reservation and got the same message as OP with the 2022 reference. My reservation was an early one (first 24 hours), so I don’t think that’s the correlation.

Some early Mach-E GT owners may get 2022 model according to new Ford email

On the one hand, it’s good to see renewed confirmation that deliveries still are expected to start in the summer, and it is good that they expect to have them done by early fall. On the other, I don’t recall if we’d heard it was going to be “late” summer before. It seems odd to me that they...

    GT details to date

You’re right — the Ford site actually appears a bit conflicting and confusing. I see that memory seat is shown as O for one of the packages, but if you scroll down to Interior Features, it shows as S for the GT. But I also see that indeed the cargo cover shows S in one place but as O in Interior...

    GT details to date

This may be the best resource to get the latest specs on each: https://www.ford.com/suvs/mach-e/models/mach-e-gt/ Some of your info is not correct. For example, range for GT PE is estimated at 235, and the specs for the GT show seat memory and cargo cover as Standard, not Optional.

Report: Mach-E GT orders opening late April

I don’t think that’s correct. Ford has consistently said target is 3.8 for the GT and 3.5 “with options” (translation: with the optional Performance package). So no indication of underdelivering yet. 480 hp and 634 lb-ft does seem like an improvement over the original specs (even if the target...

Report: Mach-E GT orders opening late April

Hopefully, we get options and pricing in March, rather than at the last minute sometime in April.

Mach-E GT Performance Edition Specs and Looks Revealed. 0-60 in 3.5

I think what is on that sheet is an all-or-nothing package. In other words, you can’t have the additional performance of the Performance package and not get the magneride. However, again the standard vs Performance package has nothing to do with glass roof selection. Neither comes with it...

Mach-E GT Performance Edition Specs and Looks Revealed. 0-60 in 3.5

As far as I know, the initial input below is still in line with what we can expect differences to be. To clarify, metal roof is not a difference between the GT Performance and non-Performance — both come standard with metal roof.

Mach-E GT Performance Edition prototype in US! (pic by engineer)

It has the GT Performance wheels but doesn’t seem to have the more silver/gray front “grill” of the Performance package. I wonder if this is a base GT with Performance wheels, or a GT Performance but with Ford changing its mind on the Performance grill. I hope the latter — I prefer the darker...
