I wish I had taken a screenshot but it's no longer advertised anywhere. I remember the expiry date because I had multiple discussions with my dealer when asking them for when the car will be delivered and whether it will be before 1/3 to get these rates.
Hmm, if you’re the only one who saw it, was it just your local dealer advertising it or Ford?

If local only, could have been a typo. When did you see it? Normally they only advertise incentives one month at a time.

Inflation is running over 6%. I wouldn't have confidence in Hyundai / Kia to have offerings any more competitive to Ford's.

I like the car but this deal made it even more charming. I guess with the price hike for '22 models, I'm still better off getting the '21 model year at old MSRP. However, I only was able to secure a Select model when I would have preferred Premium model. So walking away has more to do with opening my options up to other Mach E models as well as seeing what else comes to market in upcoming months.

No it was Ford advertising and I confirmed this with multiple dealers across VA, MD, NJ and PA in my search of getting a car before 1/3. Maybe it was just for mid Atlantic region or east coast, but it was a Ford offer.

The APR program rates and Ford Options program rates changed on December 6th.

The 0% APR program is no longer available.
Tell me about it. 12/8 late picked up my order and was surprised by a higher APR on the Ford Options plan. Regionally selected they said despite my stellar credit. I will refi/ pay down if it bugs me too much later but online Ford 12/6 estimated 1/2 of what dealer claimed Ford Credit came up with on 12/8. When I tried to complain of a lower rate when the national avg (I looked) is actually that rate 4.94% plus the $2500 rebate for me was based on Ford options with merely a $500 downpayment. (the original deposit) The rep said. Well if you want to walk away.... We have no problem finding another buyer... Um nope I will deal with the $30/mo higher payment (keeping my cash and investing this time instead of putting it all down). The rates must have changed across the board but at least the $2500 was available. Some states its $1000. On the other hand, I did not get the CA EV discount as the dealership was not signed up yet. That was $750. Yet I got MSRP and no addon shananigans so who am I to complain. They typically add 5K of "goodies" to justify the ADM.

Depending on which incentive your area qualifies for and the amount you're financing, you can effectively wipe out all interest charges by going with Ford Options.
Keyword area....

It is regionally available so even if Ford Credit online says X it says "estimated" which then in reality.. It changes for the worse in person.

It’s only worse in person if your credit sucks.

If I was in your shoes, I'd probably evaluate what I really wanted first since it doesn't seem like the Select does it for you...The cost isn't that much more IMO vs. Premium nor what other EVs coming out offer, esp if you want some of the features in the Premium and don't need a car right away.

Why spend 40+k on something you simply aren't that happy with already when you can spend that same amount on something which checks all the boxes for you/your family?

If this was a 10k-20k minimum car purchase, sure, but not when the price isn't that much more.

Do note that if you re-evaulate other car brands, like you say, you're looking at higher MSRP (for the Mach-E) which can go up even more as well due to supply chain increased costs (Tesla up 9-10k for cheapest MY I think).

This applies to other EV makers and Hyundai/Kia are notorious for being very limited and sold in only a few states so I'm sure like everything, there are downsides as well.

The best Ford Options Tier 0/1 rate only changed from 2.25% to 2.49% on the 2021’s (non-GTs).

When you bought, 0.9% was the best rate available from Ford Credit. Then the rates changed. And now they changed them, again. It happens from time to time.
Thanks. TBH, I’m not sweating it. Its not a lot over 3 years.

Oh, no!!! Is the GT still 1.4%?!? I'm waiting for a GT PE that I put a deposit on to come in (someone else's order they didn't want). I'm banking on the 1.4% to get out of my Premium ER AWD. AHh noooo please.

For Ford Options, yes. 2021 MME GTs are still 1.4% Tier 0/1 rates.
