Car just went from ASN to Picked on ordertrack......baby steps

I was also able to confirm via Ford chat today that mine made it from Kansas City to Denver. We’re getting close!
4/1 received shipped email
4/14 arrived at Richards Gebaur
4/18 moved to Muncie
4/26? As of today it’s in Rolla/Commerce City (Denver), I’m not sure exactly what day it arrived there. Our dealer said they’ve been receiving deliveries Tuesdays and Fridays, maybe this Friday will be the day?!
For those who are despairing about delay emails…I think those email ETAs are complete bunk at this point. Others in here have reassured me that they beat the email delivery date, and it seems like the only thing that coincided with our latest email pushing it out another month was the car getting out of Kansas City.

I don't have any tracking information for mine but I pinged the dealer today and he says mine is in Saginaw, TX, which is just slightly south of your last mentioned location.

Palsapp jumped from picked to delivered last night. In Muncie after 8 days post IFG unload at Richards-Gebaur. I will give it a couple of days then check status again via chat.

FYI: My car was in Muncie for less than 48 hours before it was loaded on a train and the train departed for California. As of yesterday afternoon, the ETA for arrival in Mira Loma (aka "Industry") is 5/3.

According to Union Pacific, it is about 7 days of transit (assuming there are no delays) from when the train gets moving out of the train yard in Muncie, Kansas and arrives at Mira Loma.

You're about a week before me on all dates including delivery. I'm calling my dealer today to see what I can find out. I just sold my main car yesterday so I'm in need of this MME to get here sooner than later.

That's 2 weeks after my delivery window of 4/27 to 5/3. Called my dealer yesterday and he thinks mine is in Richmond. They get deliveries on Thursday so it might show up tomorrow. I'm hoping but have my doubts.

Okay, now I am confused. Yesterday, Order Track informed me that my car had been "paired". Yay!

It never told me that it has been "dispatched," but now it is telling me it has bee "delivered." Maybe yay, but the Destination is still listed as Kansas City and I live in Nashville.

Anyone know what the heck is going on?

Yes. Unfortunately at this point the car has reached the end of what is tracked by palsapp / Jack Cooper. From what I can tell this is the data that ordertrack.app pulls from.

This means you need to track the car using other methods.

The Muncie Kansas (Kansas City) location is the distribution point to domestic train lines.

I think within 48 hours the car should be delivered to the train car that will take it to Nashville.

I recommend tomorrow or the next day using the ford.com chat function and ask for an update. If you call too early you may get incorrect information (from my experience). Or if your dealer can get you a VVR-that works too.

For my car, it uses Union Pacific trains to get it to So Cal. Now that I have the train car info, I am able to get updates for when it will arrive at the off load location.

I have been delivered at KC for over a week now. Ford chat along with Ford phone cannot give anymore information. What they will say is that it is in transit from KC. Your best chance of getting specific distributor info would be a VVR from your dealer, and if your dealer knows what shipping company they use.

Essentially what I am trying to say is, you are either Union Pacific and get some more info, or you will have any other company which will not give you any updates. The systems are unfortunately antiquated and not integrated. You'll feel like your car is weirdly missing. As long as you don't have anyone tell you its on a hold and it's in transit, know your car is making its way over to you.

I got confirmation yesterday that mine was in Richmond. At the time it wasn't unloaded yet, but it probably is by now.
