I also just realized that your ETA started yesterday. This again goes to my point of, it would have HAD to been shipped by now to meet that ETA. So either the ETA is wrong, the ETA is just a placeholder and will change, or the car shipped and is magically not being reported in the system and will just appear for you.

I took those top notes as it was shipped offsite on Feb 4th (chip hold), then returned to factory on Mar 17th and released same day (maybe putting the chips back?) so can be preparing to ship now?

Since your Built date was 3/1, my guess is our Built dates were lies and they were going to build it then, but since they are all offsite, it took 2 weeks to bring it back to the factory to really build it.

Maybe for all of us, Built isn't really built, just ready to have chips to be installed. Takes another 2 weeks to do that.

But really, who knows. I expect our delivery dates to slip since it'll take a month probably to ship to most locations.

Ahh ok, I never bothered asking for a VVR myself. Maybe it'll be updated and moved back to May 9 - May 15 since there's no way it's getting to you in 1 week.


Edit: Hah, no email, but my vehicleordertracking says "Shipped" now. No date on the Shipped bubble though.

Shoot, really? You might be the first one I've heard from the chip hold group that got that status. Did it change on ford.com reservation page too?

I just checked mine on both and they're still stuck on "built" stage, so welp.

No, Ford reservations has no changes, I assume they sync differently or data is not from the same db source. Maybe tonight, I'll get an email...but mostly not thinking about it too much during this whole process to not get more annoyed.

Figured it'll show up when it shows up and not much I can do about it. I ordered in Sept so almost 7 months.

FYI: There is not one change to my module info since Feb 15. So I guess the chips are not registered in the module programming.

Hard to say whether or not they are; how many do you have?

Thank you. I have exactly the same number of modules (1812) I have had with no changes to any programming since Feb 15. So this is why I say the last of the chips to go in are independent to the modules.

For reference, my car is a GT PE, with BlueCruise. Group 3565, 51/300.

I can't get into the tracking page, but my account was updated.

I was under the impression that GTPE had more modules...then again I could be wrong.

If you see it change more than 1812, it's an indicator the car was turned on and the modules registered.
