Sorry some of you guys are still waiting...it's definitely worth the wait...

Question, do we get confirmation that Ford replaced with a new HVBJB module? Never heard the exact outcome over the new cars getting produced. Don't know if we just got the software update or if they actually changed the part.
I have to assume we did because Ford doesn't even stock the old part anymore and hasn't for a while now. And since only cars produced after 5/24 needed the software update, I assumed cars after not only got the new software but also the hardware, and this better explains why our cars were paused on the assembly line in my opinion instead of just for a software flash that could easily be done anywhere.

I did figure out how to access United Road trucking and now I will get all the stalking notifications my heart desires and currently my MME is on the Ford Wilmington Ramp in New Castle Delaware and I will get notifications when it starts moving! I used this from the incredibly helpful Broncos forum:

On a smartphone device - because the Captcha won't come up on PC, load this web site:
On a smartphone device - because the Captcha won't come up on PC, load this web site:
https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt
Enter your VIN where requested and clear the "I'm not a Robot" check.
This will give you your Load Number (order) and Destination (your Dealer). Keep track of this Order Number.

Under Register Email click on 'Register'
Enter your Name and Email address and click 'Subscribe'. This links your Email address and the Dealer you're interested in.
You will get a 'Successfully Registered' response if it likes what you entered. If you get an error message just keep pressing the register button until it says “Successfully Registered”

You will then be sent a Temporary Password to your e-mail address you supplied.

When that comes, open this web site:
OVISS - Login (unitedroadlogistics.com)
Carefully enter your email and temporary password - it only gives 3 tries. You will then be prompted to change the password. (must have a Capital & Lower case letter, Number, and special character). I seem to remember, I had trouble finding the 'submit' button on this screen - it's WAY to the right. Once it's accepts your selected password, you can go back and login again.

What you will see is all the orders bound for your Dealer. Don't worry if you don't see your Bronco because it's not ready to be picked up yet.
On that page, select the Menu bars (three horizontal bars next to their logo) and select 'Track'.

In that window, enter the Order Number you received earlier. You can also track by VIN as well.

If you got everything right, you will see an entry with your VIN and the Destination Rail Yard and Your Dealer. When you select 'Track' on that window a map showing the route the truck is expected to follow to get from the Rail Yard to your Dealer.

Back on the Order number Results Page, next to your order number, it will likely say 'inactive'. That means that the 'plan' is in place and ready when the Bronco gets to the Rail Yard.

When it gets to the Rail Yard, that should change to 'Pending Pickup'.

Once it's picked up and on its way: I believe it says 'In Route'

Once it's been dropped at the Dealer: I believe that it says 'Delivered'
Thanks for sharing that, unfortunately I can't get the Captcha to come up on my smartphone either.

Did you try different browsers? Safari worked for me. Chrome did not. But searching the URL in Google got it.

I agree, it makes sense. Just confused why it seems like a secret. When I picked up my MME, the dealership was clueless as well. The only reason I can think of is because Ford doesn't want to replace the module if they don't have too and just rely on the software.

I need a volunteer to rip apart their new MME to find out...LOL

Yeah I did. Pulling up the page via a Google search brought up the Captcha but when I click search it loads for a split second then does nothing.

Oh yeah the software definitely seems to be a band-aid so that they can repair them as they fail instead of all at once, while also satisfying the NHTSA's safety concerns. It seems that especially for GTs the old HVBJB was simply insufficient. Thankfully it's much rarer in non-GTs but I'm pretty confident our new cars will have the new part anyway.

Ford Mustang Mach-E 05/23/22 Build Week Chat 2AB3B9E5-5F4F-410F-88F7-47F2B660D34D

After being delayed in KC for a couple weeks with a 12V and trucking issue, it finally showed up at the dealership over the weekend. Couldn’t resist driving over last night to take a look. Picking it up this afternoon.

I though I wasn’t going to like the wheels, but in person for aero wheels they look alright. Might eventually get a second set of wheels with summer tire and keep this set for for winter or road trips.

Just got mine yesterday. Ford was showing me a delivery date of Aug 14-20, but it somehow showed up a month early. South Bay Ford was awesome to me as well and honored their no ADM, X-plan, and even Ford Options at 2.49% with $2k rebate. Fantastic surprise for me yesterday and super happy with my dealer/salesperson.
Yay!! That's awesome, enjoy the new Mach-E. :)

I'm not positive but I think this means your VIN isn't in their system. Does the same for me, and when I inspect the network traffic I see it's making a request out to their system and an empty response comes back, but rather than saying "not found" the site just seems to stay blank.

Gotcha, thanks for the insight. Not sure what to make of that, I know the rail car it was on reached the drop-off point last Tuesday so I dunno what happened to it.

Could possibly be going by a different carrier. In reading different threads it seems like most deliveries go through United Road but it's not a guarantee. You might have some luck either hitting up Ford chat or your dealer to ask how it's being shipped to them.

Going on day 10 of my Mach E sitting in Richmond CA, about 90 minutes from the dealership in Morgan Hill. The dealer said there's a shortage of transport vehicles. Hoping this resolves itself any day now.
Mine arrived in Richmond on the 6th and I just got the email today to complete my purchase (at Serramonte).

Unfortunately Ford chat is super behind and all they told me today was the railcar number that I've known for over 2 weeks now. I did call the rail tracking number again and even though it arrived at the drop-off point back on the 12th, it's been stuck there for 6 days at least, with the last update on the 16th saying "actual placement of car", which I see means the train car is actually accessible for unloading. So I guess the Mach-E never had an opportunity to be picked up by the truck until Saturday at the earliest. I feel bad for anyone that's waiting beyond Ohio, this seems like a slow train since it took 4 days of sitting in a rail yard to even get in the right position lol.
