Hi Caulk,

1. Yes, it was the same railcar number throughout.
2. Not sure, if it went through Kansas City or not. Initially I contacted KCS service for tracking until Corpus Christi, TX after which they handed over to BNSF. I was being silent all until last 2 weeks as there was no way to track BNSF vehicles. But I got to know that someone tried Norfolk and it worked. Then, I tried the same and it worked too. From then I was using Norfolk to track.
3. I got shipping mail on 6th June and today it hit Richmond, so around 1month.

My Mach-E is in a similar situation - stuck in Corpus Christi since June 9th. Are you saying there were no tracking updates provided by Ford chat between June 9th and it arriving in Richmond? My Bay Area ETA is 7/17-7/23 but it's been no updates since 6/9. Thanks for sharing the info so far.

Yes, thats true. I always get the last location as Corpus Christi since June 9th from ford chat

I am assuming our cars are together on this journey. I also received the shipping email on June 6th and was stuck in Corpus Christi purgatory just like @nickles since June 9th. If my car is in Richmond, then hopefully it'll make it down to Morgan Hill shortly. Every time I see a Mach E on the road I get excited about mine finally showing up. It's so close.

Just chatted with Ford chat and there's no update since Friday on my car. So either the convoy they told me about on Friday hasn't picked it up yet from the ramp in Kansas City, or they just haven't arrived anywhere that would ping an update. I know it was a holiday weekend but I figured stuff would still move.

I tried using the Norfolk Southern tracking feature to find the location of the railcar carrying my MME. It tells me that the the railcar was last located in Kent, WA, on June 8.

Yesterday the Ford VVR showed that the railcar, which is owned by Utah Central Railway, left the Argentine, KS, ramp with my MME on June 30, in the hands of Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway.

Clearly Norfolk Southern isn't a source for up-to-date tracking information on railcars traveling outside of their network.

Ford Chat still says it is In Transit and is currently located in Corpus Christi, TX with an ETA of Aug-04-2022.

I got a railcar number from Ford Chat, but when I tried using that number in Norfolk the last update was from May, but my car shipped in June. I'm confused.

Your car is probably on the same train as my GTPE that’s arriving at Sun State Ford (Orlando) mid July. It shipped 6/15 after sitting for two months.

Same here, My Vehicle was stuck in Corpus Christi and no movement, I chatted and called Ford reps and they say Vehicle is at Corpus Christi as of Jul 5th 2022, Expected delivery date is July 16-July 22nd

I just picked up my Orange Julie at Mullinax Kissimmee and been ignoring the fact that I have another MME arriving in two weeks (still debating whether I should upgrade or not) at Sun State Ford. I silently wanted to be delayed even more - I mean it's already two months late.. what's another two months?
