12/07 1.7.1 success after I got home from work. Noticed the little download icon the next morning.

It took almost 4 weeks to the day for my car to get the rest after a failed update on 11/12.

Me too. My first failure was reported via Fordpass on October 26, second failed on November 16, and it has been stuck ever since. Not sure if my car needs an APIM or not but the last thing I want to do is go to dealer until Ford figures this thing out and either fixes it via OTA or otherwise. My car is working fine and I don’t want to mess that up. My paitience however, is waning.

My June build received 1.6, 1.4, and finally last night 1.7.1 in succession over the last three or so weeks.

My car successfully installed 1.7.1 after five weeks and three install attempts.

After the second attempt, Ford contacted me over PM here and opened a case for me. About a week later was when I was able to press "update" for the third time and it was successful. Have you guys contacted Ford? I don't know if they did something on their end for me or if it was pure coincidence.

To be clear, the attempts were all OTA. I simply pressed update on the screen whenever it presented itself.

Yes I did and they moved me to a technical person who was not very helpful told me to take it to the dealer and i asked what should I tell the dealer and he said tell them to update the software. I was hoping they could push down a update. Its at the dealer since Tuesday getting the recall and I asked them to update all the software and modules so i hope when i get it back its updated.

I been stuck says i have it with no features. It's been close to 6 weeks in that state. Auto update is grayed out and no 1.7.1 features just say in my car I have it.

I'm still stuck at the point for several weeks now. No update. No new/corrected features.

Just a heads up. I've heard there is a fix for the 1.7.1 stuck issue, and a new OTA is expected to be pushed sometime soon to the vehicles that have had the issue.

I don't have any more details than that currently.

Yes, they're working on something internally, but I don't know details about the if/when. I do know that they are aware of it.
FWIW, I'm stuck in the same boat. Last attempt for 1.7.1 was November 24th, and it hasn't tried again since.

Ford OTA Tech support is so far saying I'll need to get a new APIM, which is a frustrating answer.
