12V Battery Fault

this has been happening on and off for months now but never has caused an issue.

it happened to my wife today when she started the car. I called the SA at the dealer here in Delray Beach, Fl and they said to bring the car in.

this is what she sent me. So off I go to bring in the car again. I called Ford BEV team to start a case. Dealer has no loaner and I will need one .

Brought the car into the dealer on Thursday morning, no loaner and no word from the dealer Yet. They had said might be 4 days before I hear anything.

I have to rent a car. tried Dealing with someone from Ford BEV team but no word other than saying they would call dealer for a loaner when I have already been told there is non

disappointing. First time in over 50 years of driving that I have to rent a car because of a warranty issue.
