Clearly I do not know what I am doing. From the Ford website, I only see the charge level (as per the image below).

To confirm, when one talks about the 12v battery, is that not the small battery at the front of the car? I was under the impression that the data for that, could only be seen if one used the FDRS software/tool, no?

Go to https://ford.com/myaccount/ sign in and at the main screen you should see your main account dashboard (has your name, member ID etc) That's the screen where you see the 12v SOC.

You are on the vehicle details page which does not show the 12V invo.

If they did fix it maybe it was in the wake of that OTA that addressed the problem with the LVB getting too low a SOC. Maybe they thought there was no longer a need to know the SOC anymore. If it is gone, is the only way to see it with an OBD reader?
I’m wondering that too. Have you found an answer to your question?

It's not gone. You can view your lvb soc on the ford.com site whenever you feel you need to.
I’m looking for the 12 volt SOC that used to be under Where on the site? I’ve searched and been unable to find it.

Thank you. The page is back. It would be nice if we could see the 12 Volt SOC on the screen in the car. In the past I experienced OTA update failures due to a continued low SOC and ended up replacing my 12 V battery. I like to keep pan eye on it.

It was gone for me when I looked a few days ago, now it’s back to being 12v not HVB. I just checked and my husbands Mach-E is showing 12v too.

are you able to see the SOC for both the LVB and the HVB on the same screen? I have to go to FordPass for the SOC on the HVB, and ‘my account’ in ford.com for the SOC on the LVB.

Not on the same page. Account page shows 12v, vehicle dashboard page shows HVB.

As an early access member, I've suggested that besides giving a list of what can prevent an OTA update from installing, how about list the state of each condition that can prevent it right on the software update screen. That way you could see everything all at once and understand what to fix.
