Yes, same situation with the keep eyes on the road message..
In Italy there are some issues with laws as I saw some times ago, but it seems that it's unlocking the situation now..

But at the moment, no lane change toggle.. And I don't know if it's an Italian limitation or not..
I'm going to reactivate another FORScan trial license now

I guess Eurpean cars must receive OTA update IPMA-DC-24.204.8.27 which will configure some new parameters at IPMA module for enabling BC 1.3 completely with Lane Change Assist (LCA).

Anyway, Does anybody know what IPM-DC-24.204.8.28 update do?

I have got toggles, but LCA doesn't work properly.

I guess Eurpean cars must receive OTA update IPMA-DC-24.204.8.27 which will configure some new parameters at IPMA modules for enabling BC 1.3 completely.

Ford BlueCruise 1.3 is now active on this vehicle! (febrary 2025):

BlueCruise 1.3:
- More hands-free highway time: In our internal testing, BlueCruise 1.3 stayed engaged in hands-free mode for an average of 5 times longer compared to BlueCruise 1.0
- Smoother drive: BlueCruise 1.3 significantly enhances hands-free driving performance, including greater ability to navigate in curves and narrow lanes, reducing the number of hands-free disconnects from prior versions.

New Features:
- Lane Change Assist: allows you to use the turn signal switch to indicate a desired lane change, which the system will perform when the path is clear. It will also suggest a lane change in slower-moving traffic.
- In-Lane Repositioning: can help provide more space by subtly shifting away from vehicles in adjacent lanes, giving you a little extra room when you need it.

I'm waiting for EU cars deploying this. I hope this will be soon.

Mmm I think that in Italy it's possible that Lane Changing isn't available... I already have In-Lane Repositioning Toggle but not the other one..

No, the toggle does not need to be there for lane change to work. From my experience, if it does not work now, then adding the toggles will not make a difference, but it won't hurt to add the toggles, either.

Before I had only Cruise Control Manual or Adaptive, now I have also Smart, but I cannot select it

In that case, you need to wait for the OTA that correct the config in the IPMA.

I also tried to enable the Lane Change (Highway Assist), but it doesn’t toggle on

I have got Lane Change Assit toggle but It doesn't work properly. When toggle is on, two arrows in the center of bluecruise buble appear (that's right). When I touch indicator (right or left), I have to touch smothly the steering wheell the way of change of lane, then my car does the change. If not, the system cancel the operation. This is a wrong job. I think because of a lack of proper configuration of IPMA.
