There was a statement BlueCruise 1.3 would be released for all those with the option. There was a limited time offer for those with expiring subscriptions to renew at a lower cost. It could be argued that many would not have renewed if the update was never going to happen. Failure to deliver.

I care less about the 1.3 BC update, and more about the other updates that are now happening. I want the update for the climate control in the app to start.

I haven't received an update on my Job 1 since May as well but really if I could open up my frunk any other way besides the manual double-pull, I'd be happy. That and the flimsy trunk cover are the only minor things that still bug me. Other than that, over 50K and it has been a great car.

21 Owner. Nothing between last August and this August. Then a couple updates that were pretty much "getting you ready for more upgrades". Nothing else till yesterday. Said there was an update waiting but it failed to install (used to have lots of failed to install when I owned a Lightning, but the Mach-E was good about it while it was getting updates over the first couple years of ownership).

Last of the two that came in during August (8-14-24) was a Ford Power Up 6.4.0. Don't remember what came just before. Did not say what the update yesterday was. Just that there was one supposed to load. Anyone have an idea how to locate that information or maybe got an update that is in a similar situation. What I got was the typical statement "car may not be available for up to 20 minutes .....".

I have a Job 1 2021 after the Navigation 3 year was up, I paid to renew. Now whenever I use the Nav which is a lot. I can turn volume on radio past 4 and the voice instructions on the nav don't work. I did multiple resets and still don't work. I am hoping future updates fix it but haven't had an update since June.

Apple pushed an update to old iphones that caused them to be sluggish in an effort to get users to buy new iphones several years ago.
Fortunately Apple doesn't own Ford.

Ford pushes a lot of updates to make the car worse.

But they can quit pushing those Make it Worse Updates, and try to get us to buy a 24, or 25. Based on BC1.4 coming SOON!!!!!!
Outside of the Tesla update and the door zone update I havn't received an acutal power up in quite some time. If I hadn't FDRS'd the car I'd still be terribly far behind. I think there's a bunch of orphaned 21's due to something that happened down the pipe some time ago. And no realy way for anyone to admit fault and fix without paying for it one way or another.
