I suppose the "no luggage" sticker is Ford's way of eliminating the legal requirement for a kidnapee release pull tag.

Nah! Think it just means that space isn’t designed to carry luggage, just saying😂

I have a 2025 GT with the Frunk, but I am always pulling it out to inspect the Break Fluid Coolant etc. If I purchase in the future, I will definitely not get the Frunk for ease of inspection.

Does anyone have any photos of what the underside of the Hood looks like?
brake...

Why?

It takes very little time to remove the panels and unbolt the frunk tub. I've done it so many times my R&R time is under 3 minutes. It is nowhere near the big deal that some people are making it out to be, and I am using paws. 🤷‍♂️🐩

The underside of the frunk lid is bare, so it is missing the big plastic cover and the gasket that keeps most of the dust out of the frunk tub. 🤔🐩

That casing is not the motor. It is the heat pump radiator casing. The motor sits much further back.

Below is a photo of my '24 GT (AWD).

Looks like 3/4 inch pipe wrap

Why are you removing the panels so many times? I've only removed mine a few times to check the fluid levels. I haven't replaced the lvb yet.

I did it on my 2021 GT-PE in preparation for installing my jump point and for installing the jump point. Did it again a few times for the anti-sway bars. Did it again for the underhood lighting. Did it on a couple of other peoples' cars. Did it all over again for my 2024 GT. Also did it "just for kicks." I believe Mark is under 3 minutes for R&R as well. It takes me longer to get my tools together than it does to remove and reinstall the frunk tub. 😁🐩

3/4 inch, oh how quaint, I remember inches.

I expect Ford made a 19mm pipe😂
You guys are as bad as us. You have the Metric system for almost everything but still measure roads in miles. We are just a mish-mash of Metric and Imperial garbage. 🤣🐩

If you order the vehicle with the frunk option, do they then include the lid and gasket? One thing that surprised me about the Lucid Air was that the underside of their hood wasn’t “dressed” (it didn’t have a trim panel or anything - just the sheet metal).

What is an anti sway bar?
Some people call it an anti-roll bar (which is the most correct name for it since it reduces the car's roll motion). Many just shorten the name to "sway bar." It is a torsion spring that mounts to the frame of the car and the ends of the spring are fashioned into lever arms. The ends of the lever arms are attached to the suspension of the car so that the bar provides resistance to independent movement of the suspension. It is a device that is used to set the handling of the car and in tuning the balance of the handling. Fine-tuning can be made using tire pressures. 🤔🐩

Not sure, but I have an appointment to get the parking pawl recall done on my 2024 on Thursday so I'll be checking out the 2026s then. 😁🐩

Fun fact: the US has been fully metric (for length measurements) since 1 July 1959, with the adoption of the international yard and pound agreement. One inch is formally defined as 25.4 mm. Of course, be careful how you disseminate this information, it may be very triggering for some people 😀😀😀

Oh, HP, you sleigh me😂

You need a zip around your frooty frunk type thing, not bolts, screws & clips😁

And as for the metric system, as professor Baloo of Disney once said, “get with the beat, baggy” 😘
