I feel like 3.4 is kind of max realistic range one can get repeatably. I haven't seen anything that says what the max theoretical efficiency could be. 4? 5?
I use 3 as my benchmark. 3.1 or 3.2 is good, 2.7 or 2.8 I wonder what conditions might have contributed to the drop.
