Just received this update. I am on 6.8.0. Says its a power train update and not included in the poll.
You’re the first to report 24-PU0102-CHG-SUFX. It’s in the poll now.

I’ve had some issues stemming back to a battery replacement back in December. They replaced my becm as well, which broke connectivity and phone as a key. My service rep said my car hasn’t reported full diagnostics details in some time, and this update seems to have changed that. My issues are still unresolved, but a step in the right direction.

Got the update too. Does that mean I skipped over 7.0.0 then (BC 1.4)?
No, it’s a priority update. It may be simply fixing a bug or two that cropped up on a few cars during a previous update or just popped up.

This update has been sitting in my FDRS queue for a few weeks. I did the update last weekend. One thing I noticed after the update: when charging the car on a 4.8kW L2 charger at home some kind of pump turns on after about 2-3 minutes and then stays on for about 5 minutes. My battery heater is not active during that time but the pump is consuming about 300W of energy. Not sure what this is about. I confirmed that my car is not affected by the bug some saw with 6.6.0 where the heater turned on during L2 sessions.

Do you guys think there’s an alternate Mach E forum where owners are actually clamoring for things like “more efficient charging by intelligently managing power at low capacity stations”?

I’ve tried ForumForMachE.com and MachEOTAClub.com, but not finding anything.

OTA's that require the vehicle to be inhibited commonly fail due to low battery capacity/charge. I would try charging up your 12v battery.

Cold weather probably isn’t helping either.

Maybe it's a significant update where they're improving area under the curve for chargers that can't reach peak speeds?

Or, maybe they're doing less preconditioning when routing to slower chargers?

Either way, I'm all for charging improvements.

This OTA seems to update exactly the same modules as the TSB 24-2010 which corrects the problem of battery overheating during recharging on L2.

Is it possible that this OTA fixes that problem?
