So many possibilities! Would you guys prefer release notes that actually tell us, or is the speculation more fun?

My MME is scheduled for this tonight. It was actually scheduled last night but my car was in the shop and it did not happen.

Maybe it's a significant update where they're improving area under the curve for chargers that can't reach peak speeds?
IIRC, there was a bug that affected a few cars where they couldn’t charge at all at low power stations, including L1 and some L2 units. I suspect that this fixed that bug, among other things.

I’d give a straight answer but you can guess my response.

this one has failed multiple times for me.
This update did fail a few times for me as well even though the 12V was at 70% give or take few points. I put it on the charger and got the battery over 80% and the update then installed without issue.

I got my car back from the recall work and it again failed this update. I looked and saw that I had actually changed the schedule to not do updates on friday and saturday night. I fixed that and assumed the update would happen last night. It did not happen that I am aware of and fordpass shows nothing about it at all now. I would have expected it would either show completed or failed, but zero zilch nada.

Aside from FordPass, what does it show in the software updates tab within the car?

So ..a different update (6.8.0)failed over 6 or 7 times over several weeks before it installed for me.. in most of those fails .. the behavior in FordPass was similar to yours…just had to wait for next attempt. …Even with successful installs ford pass alerts clear after a few days … so I assume this behavior is standard for ford pass? Your in car detail I assume shows that a failed update etc?

In the car it says the update failed and would be rescheduled, but that is exactly what it said yesterday, I can't tell if this is still the previous, or if it is saying the same thing again.

The in car message is unchanged, not sure if a repeat or still there from previous. When it succeeds, the message is still there for several days as you say, but fordpass just seems to have forgot about it. I assume it will be back later...

Yeah I saw the same pattern almost like the car message stayed the same and only changed when the update was successful while ford pass cleared itself every few days after an attempt

Has anyone else noted that their auto high beams now activate at 25mph instead of 32mph? I started noticing it after I got my car back from HVJB recall service last week. None of the modules listed in this update would seem to affect that though.

That would be from an IPMA update. Not this OTA.

Yes, that change was part of a recent update but not 24-PU0102-CHG-SUFX.

I was able to take 24-PU0102-CHG-SUFX this morning and am wondering if the accelerator pedal response feels different to anyone else? Not sure if the PCM update might have tweaked this.

I did spent the last few days driving a Polestar 2 with an incredibly laggy accelerator, so it might just be my sense memory has been skewed by that.
