As someone who backs my car out of a garage into a somewhat narrow alley that cars often drive through at higher speeds than they should, I always used to appreciate the 3-way camera that my 2017 Explorer had, so that I could peek out to either side and see if cars were coming through the alley more easily. With the Mach-E, I am finding that it seems to take an uncomfortably long time for the 3-way reverse camera option to enable after you start the car and put it into reverse. Are others finding that it takes a long time for the 3-way camera button to appear on the touchscreen? Also, does anyone know how I can report something like this software issue to Ford? I don't think it is something that warrants calling my dealer's service department, but would like to make sure the developers at Ford are aware of the issue.

the reverse cameras come on pretty quickly for me. The only issue I have is that, when I first start the car, there seems to be a slight lag in getting al the UI elements painted. For example, the actual images from the cameras will come up quickly, but the other UI elements and chrome around them won’t have been drawn. Then, when shifting from reverse to drive, the image windows for the camera feeds will go to black, but the graphic elements that go in their place won’t be painted for another 2-3 seconds. I’m guessing this is due to inefficient code at this point, not underpowered processors or graphics.
