360 camera subscription on 2023 Select

Bad news guys, I bought a 2023 Select today and the salesmen told me the 360 camera is included and doesn’t tie to the BlueCruise. However on the FordPass App under Connected Services(basically all the subscription stuff), the 360 camera says it’s a 90 day trial with option to buy, it is separate from BlueCruise which is in its own box for subscription. Doesn’t tell me how much it is to buy but as others mentioned on the order page it’s $1900.

Small update to my post above, although my warranty status hasn’t updated an every other service still shows trial ending —/—/—, the 360 camera curiously doesn’t have a trial date anymore and just says active. I hope this stays this case.

I’m actually totally fine with paying a one time fee to activate hardware after purchase, especially on a base model. It’s the subscription I think is dumb. I’ll be mad if they do the same thing on higher level trims though. I definitely still want the option to decide ahead of time what I want to buy, and pay for it once and be done.

Considering how much more affordable Teslas LR AWD Model Y has become though, I would be irked to pay extra for this feature considering the base Mach E AWD is pretty much the same price. Model Y is closer in terms of trim to the Premium.

My dealer was very informative and that's the reason I changed my '22 Select order when it got pushed into a '23 Premium.

Didn't want to bother with subscription services for things I need daily.
Premium base has everything I need thanks to the PCO.

Can't believe Ford will be discontinuing the Transitional Private Cash Offers from now on.

That would be huge blow for someone who got pushed into the next model year and having to pay for that increase!
