360 degree camera recalibration

Hey, I'm having an issue with my 360 degree camera on my 2024 mustang Mach e premium. The camera used to work perfectly, however it became unaligned all of the sudden on the side mounted cameras. Both side cameras are about 90 degrees off of where they should be. I took it to the dealer since I'm still under warranty, however their tech said it is normal. I also tried to recalibrate with forscan, which said successful but the Camera remains the same. Has anybody else had this issue? If so can you please help me fix it?

I just went out to my car and duplicated your problem. The side cameras are on the underside of your side mirrors. I duplicated your problem by activating the 360 view while the side mirrors were folded in. When I folded them back out, the image was all straightened out. I believe your mirrors are folded in while your 360 view is activated.

I just went out to my car and duplicated your problem. The side cameras are on the underside of your side mirrors. Yeah, is almost that perfect amount of offset, but the mirrors are definitely not folded when I took that picture. Maybe the computer is unsure of the default mirror position some how?

If that’s the case, and especially with the car still under warranty, you should insist that the dealer sort it out. It’s definitely not normal.
