Is your Shipped dot checked off? Mine is still green, so wondering if that means it is ready to be shipped, but hasn't gone anywhere yet.

Thank you! Mine was just built on 4/18, so I haven't checked with chat yet. Dealer said they saw the shipping notice, but didn't offer any tracking info.

Ford Chat should have a railcar # for you. If you ask for a location, they'll probably tell you it's in Mexico. Took about 10 days or so to get to Laredo TX. I just contact Ford chat whenever I see the "last updated" date change since that seems to signal a new location.

Just got on Ford chat again for a shipping update. The railcar # they gave me last week I think is invalid since tracking info for that car has it empty in either in California or Minnesota depending whether one calls CSX or Norfolk Southern to track it.

Anyway, the chat update as of today is that the car is in Laredo, TX. They said there is no railcar # attached to the order so I'll circle back up in a few days and see if they have that info then.

Nope, that's what they told me, too. I'm going to try @poorlyeducated's advice - my last updated date was 4/19 (the day I got the built/shipped notice), and today is 4/22. When it changes again, I'll ask again in chat.

Mine built 4/17, shipped 4/18 and had a rail car number (kcsxxxx) then. Now is in laredo, same rail car. All info from Ford chat.

Interesting. The rail car # they gave me last week started with AOK. Your KCS number makes more sense given that it's on KC Southern RR.

Also, whereabouts in NC are you? I'm in WNC but your est. delivery date is about a week ahead of ours although that could be because we are way out in the sticks...

Just checked the order tracker and our car has an updated date of today (was 4/20 or 21 before). I'll hit up ford chat tonight and see what they say and hopefully they'll have rail car info this time around.

My delivery dates changed, shifted way earlier. Ford chat said it is on the convoy truck. Delivery shifted to 4/25/23-5/1/23, so it appears at long last, I'll get it in a few days. Very excited, hope all of yours get delivered soon!
