400v Battery Schedule Charging

What is the secret?
Have had 2022 Space White, Premium, Ex, RWD for 18 months and have been able to use the Battery Charge Schedule for only about 6 months.
I'm guessing that the recent(?) FordPass App 'upgrade'(?) and/or an OTA Sync-4 'download' have eradicated my charge scheduling ability, AND I CAN'T GET IT BACK.
Calling FordPass and Ford Tech has been useless. Both had me manually plugging-in, unplugging, attempting to select the 'home location'... nothing worked. Ford even had me charge overnight ("Must charge at a location before setting preferred charging times.") from 30% to 100% manually, and still without being able to select my 'home location'.
Is there a secret RESET/RESTORE procedure?
How about disconnecting the 12v battery?

Are you trying to set the schedule using the app or in the car?

If I remember, in the past you needed to set the schedule in the car. After charging at "home" once it should recognize that location.

Only thing to do with charging in FordPass I use is the full charge or or charge to preset limit setting.

In use the ABB charge point app, always works, except when I cock up the settings??

THAT is the issue. The SYNC-4 does NOT recognize my home LOCATION... that I have been charging at. The CHARGE LOCATION screen only indicates "Must charge at a location before setting preferred charging times." No matter how many times I plug-in and charge and STAY plugged-in while attempting to add my home as a Charging Location. So, I can't get to the Set Charging Schedule or to the desired Charging %.

For the most part I'll plug-in and charge for two hours a day (11 am to 1 pm) to utilize my solar panel output. Sometimes setting an alarm on my Cell, then stopping the charge on my Cell at two hours. HOWEVER, then I MUST go unplug or the car will charge to 100% beginning at midnight. If I could set a schedule it would charge every day for two hours (11 to 1). {We don't necessarily drive everyday.}
I suppose I need the exercise... Yet, WHY does the car have a the Schedule Charging feature if it CAN'T BE USED?
