I still don't have a window sticker, but my build week hasn't moved from 5/16. I'm going to continue to hope.

Not me. I got the order number and VIN from my dealer and that page is not accessible. Ford also sent me the VIN so I know it matches.

I still DON'T have a window sticker so my hope that this Mach-E is being built next week is basically zero.

I suspect you and all other 5/9 builds will be first in line.

I was a 5/9/22 build week person. Got booted to 5/16. Still see the same as you. No window sticker too.

The only explanation is a delay hasn't been put in to the system. I'm fully expecting a July build date by the end of next week.

Mine is that way too. My options price went down and the total is still correct.

My dealer was amazing before I placed my order. I received a response from them in some fashion within 24 hours before I ordered. Now, it’s been over a month since I asked about basic updates and questions on the price protection and the active park assist exclusion. Never received a response. I emailed them on Tuesday asking for the order code and an update on my previous email. No response yet.

I have a feeling I’m going to hate the buying process.

Why is this so difficult?

Well now I feel like an a**hole and an impatient one at that. I bought a cancelled order off a lot 2 months ago. I got notice yesterday that my online order was scheduled for 5/16 production. I also have a dealer order that I placed before the online order. (I placed the online one because I wasn’t getting great communication from st dealer and I hated that i couldn’t see anything. Not that there was anything to see.)

I just called ford about my dealer order and it’s scheduled for 5/16 too!

Now I feel like an impatient a**hole.

Just got notified of my 5/16 build week! Stepping up from a 2021 Premium AWD, Carbonized Gray to a GT Space White. Ordered on 1/28 and have a VIN but no window sticker yet.

I’m crossing my fingers things will stay on schedule for all of us. I ordered my 2022 on 10/10/21 and bring a part of Build week 5/16 is the first notification I’ve received since then ( Except for that dumb mass email that said nothing).

What was your method of contact? IMHO, the order of effectiveness of contact methods, most effective first. is:

1. Personal visit to speak to sales manager
2. Personal visit to speak to sales rep
3. Phone call to sales manager
4. Phone call to sales rep
5. Text to personal cell of any sales employee (rep or manager)
6. Email to any sales employee (rep or manager)
7. Smarta$$ methods - paper airplane, chalk on sidewalk, note taped to showroom window, etc.

I'm up to level 3. Still no response. It's not easy for me to get there in person since the dealer is about 1 hour and 20 minutes away from my home. I would have to commit 3+ hours just to find out basic info.

So I finally got through to the sales manager. I notified him that I sent emails in January, got a response saying "we'll get back to you" and nothing more. And then another email from a month ago with no response. 3 hours later I have the order code!

How long does it take on average from your production date to delivery date?

That is exactly what I wanted to know. I’m thinking this may not the the group to ask since we are all waiting on the same build week? Please let me know if you find out.
