Unfortunate about overshooting Chicago. Perhaps they needed to do a track switch at the Elkhart rail yard.

Unfortunately, getting it 2 hours south might take a while as there is no easy path here. Perhaps I will visit the rail yard this weekend.

My car went to Jacksonville so it could come back to Orlando area. It depends on where their trains go. It did take a week to go the 2 hours via truck to the dealer.

My car did not catch the same rail car as yours out of KC. It was still in KC last I knew. I could really use my car for a road trip this weekend but I've never expected that to happen.

I may be in Elkhart this weekend so let me now if yours shows up.

How have you obtained your car's location now that Ford Chat is gone (for me anyway)? I will call my dealer today.

Ford Chat is still there for me. It disappeared in one of my mobile browsers, so I tried using the Samsung Browser that came with the phone and it was there.

Called my dealer this morning to ask about any updates and they said that they had not seen anything so I told them the fix was released yesterday so they said that they check. The next thing I know is I get a text a couple hours later saying it is ready to come in and sign the papers, so going in shortly.

Thanks to the thread for the heads up that the fox was ready. Told the dealership this morning and car is ready for pickup tonight! May the force be with the rest of you, hope you fare the same!

Does anyone know if there is anyway to get a financing incentive. I believe when I ordered they were offering either 1000 or 1500 but I can't find anything now. Not sure if I'll finance, but that might sway me.

Your incentives should be locked in based on the time you ordered. The dealer may say otherwise, but all they have to do is research it further. I know this firsthand because I was told the same by my dealer, then I expressed I read they were locked in at time of order and he researched further and found documentation supporting that.

Is there any way to look back and see what incentives were being offered in a given month? Or is that something only dealers have access to?

According to others the dealer and click a box or something in Smart Vincent and see the incentives based on the month you ordered. If you look at the Options sticky thread and go back to the beginning or first week of the month you ordered someone usually posted the Options incentives from that month. Different states and GTs I think have different option Incentives.

Nope. I keep getting answering machines. I leave voicemails and no call backs. If the dealer wasn’t an hour and a half away I would have been down there already.
