I'm not an expert but once vehicle is built it shows modules as how the vehicle is configured giving you a hint that it is built. Modules control everything and I believe multiple chips are in every module. Go to this thread and follow the tracking links until you get to view modules, if you see a long list your vehicle is built.
Pretty sure it's a list of all the components of the car. It's basically the recipe that will be used by the robots on the assembly line. If the modules show up, the car is essentially being built at that moment or very soon. Look here with your VIN https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt/
Recipe is probably a good word, kind of the DNA of your vehicle.
Batch 6819, 5/872. I was notified by the dealer earlier today that my Premium Ex Awd has been assembled and is in the final step of the process, one he called trim line. He said the car should be released for shipment early next week. Nothing from Ford about this, or modules, yet on order tracking or email. We will see. My order originally made at the dealer 7/10/21.
My build date is 6/29/2022. I am in North of LA (Ventura) . CA too and waiting to be shipped.
