That's quite possible.
Yeah it could have gone to KC by rail and is now on a truck. Depending on other stops along the way it could be here earlier than the ETA, but I'm not holding my breath. I wish there was a better way to track. It is what it is, I'm just thrilled that it's on the way!
Interesting, my ETA is 7-25 to 7/31. My dealer is in Libertyville IL. I don’t have much tracking detail aside from a rail yard in KC. Hopefully mine is traveling with yours.
Its interesting, my railcar was in Atalanta this morning, has to get to Jacksonville, FL, which is only 6 hour drive, then they are supposed to truck it to Orlando, but the ETA is August 3-9, it should be 2 more days maybe 3. Why two more weeks?
I’m in the build week behind you (7/4) and my car is currently in KC on its way to Chicago. I have a delivery ETA of 7/22-7/28. Weird how we can have delivery windows two weeks apart, but your car is clearly closer than mine.
So weird but makes me so excited because perhaps I might get the car this week. I thought it was weird that it’s gone off the rail and onto a flat car 2 hours away and there’s still no adjustments. Let’s see how it goes and more important, excited to see/meet another Chicagoan with a MachE.
Now I'm hoping that mine was on the same railcar as yours. I was in batch 6739, but we both left ramp 6M.
Some searching around indicates that other people have asked about this in the past and not gotten any response. I tried calling their number in Mexico but didn't get an answer. Is yours still "awaiting shipment"? I don't have any such Convoy number or carrier on mine (which is still just Ramp 5J, unknown carrier). There's an old thread where a bunch of Floridians seemed to have all ended up on a CSI convoy after they were held for chip hold for a long time. No indication how timely getting those cars was or where that was in the process. Another person from a past thread said the car arrived at the dealership before either the VVR or online tracker updated. Another-nother person also had a shipped with CSI and it wasn't updated as shipped. Curiously, they also had a status of being on Ramp 5J. Yet another person said that theirs said CSI only until they got to Lecheria Ramp 5J (the consensus of the 1-10-22 build week chat seems to have been that CSI is only to get from the plant to the rail cars at Lecheria). Who's to say anymore.
