Ok...

Was able to get the Ford Options rate and incentive at the time of order at MSRP (2/21). I am unable to take delivery today as an update needs to be run on the car which will be done tomorrow morning. I am planning on picking up tomorrow at noon.

My Sales Rep did not seem to be familiar with Ford Options but thankfully the Finance manager was. I'll post pics once I pick the car up. Will be a restless night of sleep. Feels like new cars are the only thing that give me that Christmas morning feeling (aside from maybe an early morning tee time).

Picking ours up tonight at Phil Long Ford of Denver! Have my X-Plan pin and have asked them to pull our rate and incentive info from Smart Vincent in advance.

I keep checking the ford.com manage page to see if it goes from "Shipped: In Progress" to "Delivered" or "complete" but no go. Does it change when delivered to the dealership?

Mine changed to "complete purchase" when it was delivered to the dealership yesterday.

Using the ordertrack.app site, it did change to "Delivered" after I received the email from Ford.

The shop.ford.com link has been spotty for me for weeks.

Picked up the car today. Very smooth process. I love it!

I tried to be sneaky and see if Accelerated Services has my car on file (since I know Ford sometimes uses them for convoys) even though I'm still listed as awaiting shipment in Mexico. Unfortunately, they didn't have a record of my VIN in their system. Anyone else have their car shipped by a carrier that's VIN-driven as opposed to rail-car driven (I have a VIN, I don't have a rail car) that I could try.

Someone in 6/20 build week suggested United Road ( https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipt ) and my car is listed there with a load number!. @machesan @LeWe

Edit: It seems that this is actually just the last mile delivery from Richmond, CA to my dealership. Says that it's coming on BNSF rail. Perhaps we are all affected by the BNSF rail embargo? I hope not, but it would explain some things.

I also checked the United Road website but my VIN didn't load anything. I wonder why they have your VIN but not mine. Did you check this site before today?

It just feels super sad that even folks in Southern California have gotten their cars but we are still waiting to ship.

Just hang in there and hope for the best. My status last week was still in Texas since July 4th. Checked van yesterday and this morning nada. Still inactive. Dealer called and I'm picking up tomorrow. Status basically never changed. I got heads up bcs another bay area also had same thing. My delivery date was Aug 6-12 to folsom.

Still awaiting delivery. Ford had it as Aug 8-14 then upped it to July 22-28. No word and dealer hasn't seen it yet. Kinda wish they just left the original cause I'm just waiting now. Confirmed its in the rail yard.

Updated delivery window now 7/30‐8/5. Maybe tomorrow. In other news, finished my Chargepoint Home Flex hardwire install. Now just the car awaits!

Picked up my car yesterday. Not smooth process, but I got price protection, Ford Options incentive, and x-plan. Dealer omitted parking assist credit, but agreed to put it back into calculations. We were there for over 3 hours.
