I don't think this is true. I'm batch 7701, somewhere around unit 75, and mine is still in production, even though someone around #100 has already been built and shipped. I'm on the East Coast, too....

Yay! Finally a shipping notification - end of Sept./early Oct. like everyone else. Waiting to see if that estimate is as inaccurate as the original 26 or 28 week estimate I received almost 35 weeks ago (and counting)....

Me too.. have plenty of BCE modules that popped up an hour ago.

Excited to find this thread, mine was just built but no delivery date yet. Does anyone know if I can expect them to honor the agreed upon price when I ordered the car? I assume by giving a deposit, they're contractually obligated to sell us the car for the price at the time?

They do and there are multiple threads on this forum that show the communication from Ford about price protection. Also, you can get interest rate and incentives that existed at the time of order. Search the forum with 'smart vincent' and ' Ford Options'.
