It's not Ford, all cars using Mobileye vision hardware behave the same. Before these now mass produced chips became available most cars had no capability of reading road signs at all. As Mobileye is far ahead of any competitors, including Tesla, most cars will be equipped with it. Currently installed hardware is a generation behind, so I'm quite sure all these issues will go away .I just don't understand how Ford's adaptive cruise is so much worse than all the other cars I've had with it before the MME.
I feel ripped off. Never would I have thought any OEM hasn't figured out adaptive cruise yet. Never would I have thought any car company charges for so many features that have to be turned off and not used so the car is safe to drive.
