For data point purposes...I received an email today (4:56AM EDT, Sept 19) saying delivery was scheduled for the week of Oct 3rd. The website says the same thing. Dealer...?.

I live 1 hour outside of Detroit.

Hopefully it’s not an illegal riding in your car into the US. I live just inside the border in a railroad town near Uvalde. The day of the shootings we thought all the sirens and helicopters were just another group of runners jumping off the train being chased. Last week they t boned a local couple. Killed two illegals. Yesterday our schools were locked down as border patrol, police, sheriffs, state police chased a large group all over town that jumped out of an suv. I’m not activating mine till I get eyes on it.

I mean I can watch it now and see where it goes. Not activating it, doesn't prevent them from stealing it... They have the keys man. If anything this gives me more peace of mind. To each their own I guess.

I got my railcar number from my dealer for the Kansas City Southern railcar that has my car. Does anyone know how to track the railcars ?

Can you actually see the location of the vehicle via the app?

Yep. I was a bit surprised. Guess I don't need to know my railcar number. I'll just track it with the app. Lol

That will only work if the car is on long enough to ping the servers. As most of the trip the car will be off, it won't update

I have seen this before in another thread, I think they do something when they load it on the rail car and you will loose it until delivery.
