A/C recirculate

Today I turned off auto climate control and set the air to come out of the vents and only A/C was selected, not E-Heat. Selected recirculate and went on my errands. An hour later I looked at the climate controls and recirculate was still set and it stayed on until I deselected recirculate. Anybody else tried this? I have power up 2.5.3 via OTA

Hopefully they fixed it and recirc stays on longer, though I had thought a few people that had this update checked and it was still being controlled by the system and it would turn it off after a few minutes.

I am in a 2021 Build 2 (no OTA other than Bluecruise) and the same exists for me as well. If the AC Compressor is not enabled Recirculate will turn off after a while. Also if E-Heat is on Recirculate will turn off as well.
