A drastic uptick in magic dock superchargers

Randomly went into the Tesla app and was pleasantly surprised to see how many superchargers I can go to now. None are at all convenient for my regular long distance travel....but it's something

I'm based out of MN and the 2 they added would really only help me for a cabin stay.

I checked a few weeks back and did see the expansion. This is the first I've seen in my state.


Though I could have missed this as most news lately has been " ccs sucks this car company got NACS"

You should also check out Circle K charge. If you don't know already Circle K owns Holiday and they are putting in a bunch of L3 changers. I am excited to have a l3 charger in Brainard also a quality charger in Saint Cloud will be nice.

I did not know this was happening here. That's great! For a state that is supposed to be so environmentally focused...I can't believe how far behind on decent charging we are....not as bad as Wisconsin though

Crazy how many tesla magic docks installed. And EA can't fix the ones they have. And already see conflict. Have watched SC get pretty full with non tesla taking 2 spots. When tesla app says 8 of 16 available but pull in and really 0 available as non tesla take 2 spots, as a tesla owner would be upset.

If it was only CCS cars charging with their ports on the same quadrant then 15 could fit at a 16 charger station.

Was up in Monticello for work today.

Can't believe how much better the charging experience is on the Tesla chargers. Even without plug and play that was painless and the app was actually accurate

Strange things are afoot at the Circle K ….

It seems like the gas companies are all starting to get on board the EV train. I’m kind of surprised Costco doesn’t offer discount charging for its members like it does with gas. And something I read recently makes it look like their actively deciding not to do it--it’s not just an oversight or that they didn’t think of it.

Costco card does give 4% back for charging if I remember right.

oddly in the Tesla app I can only see destination chargers.
